Welcome to IMWOW! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to IMWOW PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our website, services, or products (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Overview

IMWOW operates this store and website, including all related information, content, tools, products, and services, to provide a curated shopping experience. The Services include online ordering, product information, and customer support.

2. Access and Account

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

  • You agree that any minor dependents under your supervision comply with these Terms.

  • To use the Services, you may need to provide personal information such as email, billing, shipping, and payment details. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all account activity. You may not transfer or assign your account.

3. Products

  • We strive to accurately display product information, including images, descriptions, and packaging. However, actual product appearance may vary due to device settings or production variations.

  • Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. IMWOW reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities.

  • Our products are consumables (e.g., Chia seeds, Peanut Butter, Teas, Sattu Mix, ACV). Opened or used items are non-returnable except in cases of damage, spillage, or wrong delivery.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. IMWOW reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

  • Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation and order processing.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Orders may be canceled in cases of unavailability, pricing or product description errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect shipping information. Customers will be notified within 72 hours, and a replacement or full refund will be offered.

  • Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.

5. Prices, Billing & Payment

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and promptly update your account details.

  • IMWOW may refuse or cancel orders in cases of unsuccessful payment or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. IMWOW is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Opened or used consumable products are non-returnable, except if damaged, spilled, or wrong items are delivered.

  • To claim a refund or replacement, provide clear photos and order details within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approved refunds are processed via NEFT/RTGS within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is owned by IMWOW or its licensors.

  • You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use of content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Our Services may include third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is,” and IMWOW is not responsible for their performance or content.

  • Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

10. Feedback

  • Any feedback you provide grants IMWOW a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial use.

  • You represent that your feedback does not infringe on any third-party rights.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or malicious purposes.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Transmit viruses, malware, spam, or false information.

  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services.

12. Termination

  • IMWOW may terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

  • Sections on IP, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • IMWOW does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • No warranties are provided for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability
