IMWOW Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. General Policy

At IMWOW Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and hygienically packed consumable products.
Due to the perishable nature and sealed packaging of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds or replacements are provided only in specific cases outlined below.

2. Return & Refund Conditions

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product was damaged, spilled, or defective at the time of delivery.

To raise a claim:

  1. Email care@imwow.co.in with clear photos or videos of the product and your Order ID within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Our team will verify the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences or perceived product effectiveness.

  • Minor damages to packaging that do not affect product quality do not qualify for refunds.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once a refund is processed.

3. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before shipping.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Company’s Right to Cancel an Order

IMWOW may cancel or refuse any order under the following circumstances:

  • Out-of-stock or discontinued products may result in cancellation.

  • Customers will be notified within 72 hours, and a replacement or full refund will be offered.

b. Pricing or Listing Errors

  • Orders may be cancelled if product pricing or description does not match actual availability or specifications.

  • Payments, if made, will be fully refunded.

c. Payment or Fraud Concerns

  • Orders may be cancelled for failed or declined payments, or if the transaction is suspected as fraudulent.

  • Verification may be requested before processing.

d. Invalid Shipping Address

  • Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable addresses may be cancelled.

  • Refunds will be issued if payment was processed.

e. Bulk or Unauthorized Resale Orders

  • Orders suspected for resale or commercial purposes may be cancelled.

f. Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, transportation strikes, or other events beyond control may lead to order cancellation.

  • A full refund will be issued.

g. Failure to Provide Required Information

  • If additional documentation or verification is requested and not provided, the order may be cancelled, with refund issued if applicable.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • Delivery attempts failing 3 times or due to incorrect address details will result in order cancellation.

  • Only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

  • Customers receive tracking details via email or SMS once shipped.
